Our new house

We need a place to live once little Guenther Gray gets here... and we've been searching and searching! What we want and what is available in our price range doesn't exactly match up. So, when searching Craigslist last week, I found this beautiful place.

It had been on the market for 5 days, I fell in love when I found it online and went to see it the next morning. It is in a great neighborhood, has a 2 car garage, a fenced in yard, we can have Lu and the cats... it has a master and a baby blue nursery on the 2nd floor... literally, its perfect.

It is a little more than we wanted to pay, but a lot more than we thought we'd be able to get too. It's 7 miles from Mom and Dad/Kerry and Brad and 11 minutes from work. (About 3 minutes from Goodberrys, 5 from Brueggers... certainly these two had no influence on the decision).

Fingers crossed we can sell/rent the Watergate House between now and then!
