Just got back from our 29.5 week appointment. And we got the results from my Gestational Diabetes test... I PASSED!! NO DIABETES! HIP HIP HOORAY!

I've gained a pound in the past two weeks (yikes), but the doc says thats fine.

And my abs are a  little sore- he laughed at me and told me it might have something to do with the mass growing in my abdomen :)

Guenny's heartbeat is strong and he's just a wiggling around in there! Feels like he is rolling over now, instead of the short jabs and kicks.

Next appointment- Friday, June 18th! 8:15am

OH, and on the job front- Mike had a great networking meeting this morning! Please keep praying that something falls into place to get him here soon!

PS- Don't you know someone who would like to live in this lovely home!?!

Just got a call from the doctor's office. I have to go in next week for a 3 hour Glucose Tolerance Test. I eat a slightly modified diet for 3 days, fast overnight, drink some kool-aid like glucose in the morning and they test my blood sugar every hour for 3 hours.

My level was slightly elevated at 148. Ideally it would be 139 or less.

So, at this point, they don't know if I have gestational diabetes, but if I do, they'll modify my diet slightly.

Nothing to worry about at this point, just hoping and praying they don't limit my sugar :)
